are some of the problems and challenges we should anticipate? (Send

We never seem to have enough preschool workers, and those we
have seem to "burn out" quickly.
(Any
suggestions?)

 | We have a good many people who attend worship but who do not
participate in a Bible study group or Sunday School. What are some
ways to reach these people? (Send

 | Our attendance is plateaued, and our people do not seem to have much
interest in outreach. What are some ways we can inspire our folk and
get them involved in visitation and outreach?

 | We never seem to have enough teachers. What are some ideas for
finding and enlisting teachers? (Send

 | Our teachers are wonderful people, dedicated to the Lord, and would
like to do a good job. However, they don't seem to know how to
make the Bible study periods very interesting and mostly lecture, even
to children. Got any ideas about turning this around?

 | We only have 45 minutes for Sunday School, and most of that gets eaten
up with fellowship, prayer time, and other stuff, leaving the teacher only
about 10-15 minutes for the lesson. What are some other churches doing to maximize
the available time? (Send

 | Recently someone told me some churches are going back to separate
classes for men and women? What are the advantages and disadvantages
of separate classes? What are the advantages and disadvantages of coed
classes? (Send a

 | What can we do about people not wanting to "go up?"

 | Brother Robert, I teach a young adult class (ages
18-32), which is a new class. We formerly had a college and career
class that we stopped, because, for a while, there was no person in that
age group. God has blessed and sent a nice group in this age range. I
thought that the 15 years ages difference would be a difficulty, but it
has not been. The difficulty has been finding common ground in this
diverse group. How would you suggest promoting fellowship, toward the end
of teambuilding, for a diverse group of occupational ranges? We have every
thing from college students to professionals to blue collar people. I have
found common ground with each one, but they have yet to find common ground
with each other. The key to success I experienced in a pass group was to
make God's word the foundation of every activity. This group, however, is
not at that word hungry point in their growth yet. Do you have any ideas
on how to promote initial koinonia? I know we must find our common ground
in God's word as per Acts 2:41-47, but I need to know ideas to promote
initial fellowship so that the word may then BECOME the foundation. Any
thoughts you have would be God's grace to me. Grace and peace to you from
God the Father and Jesus the Son, Tim Bowes. 3 John 14

 | Saying, "Thank You?" What are
some inexpensive and quick ways to show appreciation for my Sunday School
workers? We provide an annual leadership banquet or social event, but we'd
like to do some things throughout the year.
