Equipping Today's Church
(Leadership Equipping Seminars) are annual leadership development
event sponsored by the Center for Christian Growth and Development in
cooperation with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. A wide
variety of conferences allow pastors to bring most all their church
leaders - Sunday School, Discipleship, Deacons, Children's ministries,
Youth Ministries, mission education, and more - for 4-5 hours of
intensive update and skills development. These pictures show a sample of
