Are growing in their personal Spiritual lives.

Are growing in witnessing and sharing skills.

Are concerned about guiding group Bible studies evangelistically.

Lead participants to grow in knowledge and service to Christ.

Pray specifically for lost people and prospects.

Participate eagerly in training and skill development opportunities. 

Support other team members with encouragement and prayer.

Understand and implement Matthew 28:19-20 and 2 Timothy 2:15.
