SHOW APPRECIATION
FOR YOUR
SUNDAY SCHOOL LEADERS |
 | A note and a small
bag of treats! An inexpensive but effective way
to let your workers know that you appreciate them! This idea comes from
Woodhaven Baptist Church, Apex, NC. Blue cellophane treat bags were
filled with selected candies, coupons from local restaurants and stores,
pencils and post-it notes. The thank-you note was printed on an Avery
#8164 label (3 1/3" x 4") and stuck on the outside of the bag. Although
the labels were typed onto the Avery label template (MS WORD computer
software), each label was personalized with the name of the worker.
Instructions for typing labels, either all identical labels or
personalized, are included in the label packet available from an office
supply store. |

Dear ___
You are a
faithful servant in our Sunday School! You bring much “Joy” to so many. Since we cannot send you to “5th
Avenue,” we will give you a “Fast Break.” Please “pencil”
a note reminding yourself of how much you are appreciated, and
“Post-It” close to you "heart."
May God bless you richly as you continue to serve Him in
whatever ways He has called you.
Your Sunday School Director,
_____________
