| Weekly E-Letters are good
tools for building class fellowship and team spirit! |
| |
How can you build team spirit in
your class when some members are absent half the time. How can you be sure
"in-service" members are kept informed of class happenings and concerns? How
can you encourage absentees to study their Bibles and be aware of study
emphases in the class? How can you inform traveling class members about what
the class is doing, who is sick, if the new baby arrived, or someone's
parent or friend died? More and more
teachers are sending weekly emails, or "E-Letters" as a way of staying
connected with all class members. Certainly E-letters cannot take the
place of regular attendance. E-Letters cannot replace the importance of
personal visits and phone calls. Nor will E-letters guarantee that absentees
will start attending or all class members will feel included in the "inner
core" of the class. But E-NewsLetters can help!
